LECTRO CHI PRO PREMIER ENERGY IONIC SPA

5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

The manufacturer of the Lectro Chi Premier Energy Ionic Spa warrants to the original purchaser that the Lectro Chi Premier Energy Spa power unit will be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of THREE YEARS from the date of purchase. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair without charge for labor and parts, or to replace and/or substitute any defective Lectro Chi Premier Energy Spa with an equal or more current model.

After THREE YEARS and within FIVE YEARS from the date of purchase, the purchaser will incur a $100.00 service fee per occurrence on all repairs.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING

  1. The Water Module.
  2. Damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse.
  3. Any product used for a purpose other than described in the user manual.
  4. Any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer.
  5. Any damages which occur during return shipping.

HOW TO RECEIVE WARRANTY SERVICE

  1. Obtain warranty authorization by clicking
  2. Manufacturer will email an authorization number and instructions on packaging, insuring, and labeling your product for shipping. Manufacturer will not be responsible for products lost in shipping.
  3. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to manufacturer.
  4. International customers will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.
